You can return products purchased online, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To make a return, size exchange or refund, the products must be in new condition, with tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. We cannot issue a refund or exchange size if the products are not in the conditions described above.
OPTION 1To proceed with the return in one of our shops at Centro Velico Caprera or Negri Nautica Milano:
- Make sure the products are in new condition with all labels attached and bring the pro-forma invoice that was enclosed with your package.
- Visit one of our shops.
- Show one of our sales staff the products.
- Contact us at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org . If you wish to make an exchange, please indicate the model and size you would like to be replaced, the order reference, the address to which we should send the replaced product and a telephone number where the courier can contact you.
- Prepare the package, including a printout of the email sent with the item to be replaced, the order reference, the address to which we should send the replaced product and a telephone number where the courier can reach you.
- Assign the parcel to the express or ordinary courier service of your choice (please note that returns, even for size changes, are the responsibility of the customer).
- We will notify you of the response as soon as possible. If the condition of the goods corresponds to that indicated, we will immediately start the procedure to send you the new article you have indicated as a replacement at our expense.
Please note that the goods must be in new condition with original packaging, otherwise they will have to be returned to you at your expense. We do not accept Products sent with a charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns on the basis of special promotions/discounts.
