After three editions in great growth and a fourth forced to be streamed, the Ocean Film Festival returns to the cinema. This is good news for the people of Capri (the CVC is a partner in the event) and for all sea lovers, given that over the years the OOF has become a privileged meeting point for divers, surfers, sailors, scuba divers and freedivers from all over Italy, thanks to an ever-appropriate mix of short and feature films, of commitment and fun, of action sport and food for thought.
The fifth edition will start on 7 October from Milan and will visit all the main Italian cities in 13 stages. The programme, which is the same for all evenings, features sailing as guest of honour: the only feature film in an evening of short and medium-length films will be dedicated to our world with the film on the Race to Alaska, a 750-mile endurance race between Port Townsend, Washington, and Ketchikan, Alaska. An engaging and profound story, a tribute to the spirit of adventure where moments of real fun are not lacking.
